T.I., Glee, Miners….news
I am still getting the hang of blogging and trying to find my niche as well. Here are some news developments that caught my eye on the net:
T.I. is going back to jail. Surprised? Not at all. Disappointed? Definitely. My first thought: Didn’t he just get out of jail? Geez…maybe this time will be the last time. If not, then hopefully this 11 mth vacay will hopefully be a wake up call that life is better when not spent behind bars. He claims addiction to drugs, and I hope he gets the help he needs. After all, the man has six kids.
Glee News: Will Quinn & Sam be the newest cute couple in Glee? I adored their duet performance of “Lucky” by Jason….who? Yes, it was THAT good! In some cases two blondes just don’t make a right but in this case I am making an exception for them because that little hand hold at the end of their performance made my heart melt. “A gentleman always pays on the first date,” said Quinn. Too cute.
Chilean Miner News: The Chilean miners will still have quite a bit of adjusting to life on the surface, this is expected. Apparently they have to readjust to sunlight too. So Oakley has decided to lend a hand by donating sunglasses to help out. How much would these shades run the average joe, 180 bucks. Yep, don’t quit your day job kids. Another fun fact: according to yahoo.com, in the past 24 hours the searches for “oakley sunglasses” and “chile miner oakley sunglasses” have both went well over 1000 percent.
